About

Angus Lamps

I'm a product-driven builder with a background in crypto infrastructure and protocol design. I've worked on systems that move billions across chains, sit underneath consumer interfaces, and outlive the teams that created them. I'm interested in how these systems behave once control becomes diffuse and incentives drift.

Beyond shipping software, I spend time writing about governance, coordination failures, and the cultural effects of technology — especially where ideology collides with reality. I'm drawn to work that compounds quietly over time, and I prefer clarity over spectacle.
